Does doing housework hurt a man’s pride? Why did Aishah said, when asked how is The Prophet (peace be upon him) in his house, that He (peace be upon him) used to repair his shoes, sew or mend his dress and to do what ordinary men did in their houses? Do we need to change our perception that only women should do housework, as we are expecting the visit of The Prophet (peace be upon him)? Is housework women’s responsibility at first? What if The Prophet (peace be upon him) visited us on the first night of Ramadan?
