Introducing the Seerah of the Prophet - Pt1

Habib Ali focuses on events surrounding the birth of the Prophet, upon him be peace, and the custom of the Arabs at the time to send their newborns to the desert for initial upbringing. The event of the mawlid, or birth, also raises some pertinent issues that exist in our time - praising the Prophet, reciting poetry in his honour and gathering to commemorate the noble birth.
